Equiniti Investment Account
Taking share dealing a step further, our Investment Account is a multi-equity nominee service which allows shareholders to buy shares, bonds, funds, gilts and more and includes regular investment (replacing our monthly purchase plan) and SmartDeal (bulk dealing) options.

Individual Savings Account (ISA)
Equiniti offers two types of ISA; a cash ISA and a stocks and shares ISA.

The Corporate Sponsored stocks and shares ISA allows investors to purchase shares in your company (along with others if they choose) as well as providing a seamless link from employee scheme maturity for continued saving.

The ISA could also be used for the transfer of shares from a maturing employee share plan.

The cash ISA offers investors the opportunity to save cash and benefit from tax-free interest.

Equiniti Savings Account
We now offer a cash Savings Account for employees and shareholders. This could be offered as a stand alone product or you could consider offering in the event of underwater SAYE maturities (where the current share price is below the option price).

Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP)
We offer shareholders the Dividend Reinvestment Plan to use cash dividends to buy shares easily and cost-effectively.

Corporate Sponsored Nominee
Our Corporate Sponsored Nominee service has been developed to offer private shareholders the advantages of dematerialised shareholding by allowing them to hold their shares through a nominee service.
