Equiniti have now received the results of this year's Benchmarking Survey carried out by Capital Analytics.
We are delighted that we have again made improvements on our year on year scores and the graph below demonstrates that we have increased satisfaction in seven out of the eight categories, whilst remaining static in one.
The 2012 scores show that our level of improvement is the best in the industry, even from a position of consistent high scores in 2011, showing that our staff training programmes, investments and proactive approach are having the desired results.

“I am particularly pleased with the Dividend Service score where Equiniti achieved a remarkable 99% overall satisfaction rating, which is a 6% increase on last year's score. In the past year the Dividend team distributed £24bn payments to 20m shareholders and have made a number of improvements to our processes to ensure they deliver outstanding service to our clients.
Our AGM score is also hugely impressive, increasing from an already excellent score in 2011. This year we have managed 385 meetings with great client feedback.
These results illustrate that our commitment to continuous improvement is succeeding and I'm delighted that 95% of our clients responding to the survey are willing to recommend us to others.
