Management Information
We can supply a range of information and statistics from your share register. Reports can be diarised to run periodically or can be provided on an ad hoc basis, often for the next working day.
Daily Reports
Daily Reports Markers can be set up on the register to monitor any holdings over a pre-determined threshold. Any transactions on these holdings are automatically printed the next working day. Similarly, any transactions over a certain volume can be identified daily.
Furthermore, if you need to monitor particular accounts (such as directors' holdings) these can be flagged and any sales, purchases or transfers reported daily.
Statistics
We can analyse the register in various ways, including by balance range or by type of holder e.g. male, female, bank, nominee, etc.
We can also provide information on the geographical distribution of shareholders, identifying hundreds of countries across the world by picking up keywords in the registered address. In the UK, we can identify holders in specific postcode areas.
In advance of a dividend, an up to date figure for mandated, direct or retained dividend payments is useful. We can analyse the register to extract this information when you need it.
Market Activity
We can tell you which brokers and CREST members have been dealing in your shares in a given period and the volumes traded. We can also identify the most active brokers.
Shareholder Lists
If you need a full list of members or shareholdings in a specified balance range, geographical area or time period, we produce prints or electronic data. We also supply labels in different formats for full or selective mailings.
You may also need lists of nominee accounts. In the run up to a General Meeting for example, part of the Investor Relations function may be to contact certain holders to encourage them to vote. We can identify all shareholdings over a pre-set threshold, confirming their current proxy positions.
