This flexible and tailored service is composed of two elements which can either be taken independently or as a complete service.

Section 793 Service

We offer two basic levels of service:

Reactive, where we issue section 793 notices only at your adviser's request and,

Tracking, where we monitor your register of members and issue section 793 notices to holders within agreed parameters, for example new holders in excess of 250,000 shares, or holdings which have moved by more than 1,000,000 shares.

In both cases we will:

• Issue section 793 notices.
• Issue reminders if no response is received within agreed timescales.
• Record section 793 responses on to your section 213 Register of Interests in shares.
• Follow up any inadequate responses.
• Advise of any failure by a registered holder to respond.
• Arrange for inspection and / or copying of the Register of Interests in Shares by third parties on your behalf.

Sharewatch

The Sharewatch service compares an analysis from the clients Register of Members against our comprehensive Investor Relations database, in order to identify the beneficial owners and fund managers underlying registered shareholdings.

What are the features?

• Identification of underlying beneficial owners.

• Option to analyse and highlight specific data.
