- if you are a nominee with a large number of designated accounts, our Consolidated Dividends Service may help with administration of dividend payments.
- you can now send a voting instruction online for many company meetings in the UK.
- the ICSA Registrars Group has agreed with APCIMS a file format for institutional shareholders to send details of any beneficial shareowners that they wish to nominate to receive ‘information rights’ under s146 of the Companies Act 2006.
