Equiniti offer a complete management system that can handle the payment of dividends, interest and any other distributions on your company's issued securities. This service covers not only the initial payment of distributions, but also subsequent shareholder enquiries and reconciliation, including eventual forfeiture arrangements where appropriate.

For regular payments, our experienced Dividend Preparation Team will initiate the process by providing proofs of the appropriate stationery well in advance of the payment date. For ad-hoc payments, or assistance with planning your payment programme, your Relationship Manager or Dividend Planner can provide the comprehensive guidance and service you require.

Equiniti supports the use of the BACS direct credit system for dividend and interest distributions. This process provides improved security, unclaimed entitlements are reduced, and a clients' bank charges are generally lower than for cheque clearance.
